My straws (and apparently a medicine syringe too from the last time one of us was on antibiotics)!! They were discovered! Dante had been on the desk batting Dad's cell phone around and it fell between the couch and the desk. I thought I was safe when a few days went by and no human really looked for it - until last night! Mommy called the phone, it rang, and yes, it was under the couch - where the treasure was hidden!
Look, I had not even told Dante where our straw bounty was hidden and here he is looking it over!!
I must find another hiding place. Somewhere where that orange beast can not reveal my pirate secrets!!

A pirate must have a top secret hiding place. We used to hide our stuff under the sofa too until Mom and Dad moved it and found our treasures. Now we hide stuff under the dresser.

I tried to put my treasure pink mouse under there like 87 times this morning, but Mosaic Lady kept fishing it out with a broom. She even had to move the fridge one time to get it. What part of "I want it under there!" does she not get?

Crap, is nothing sacred. We'z been hiding stuff unner da big, heavy dresser in da gest room. Den we found out MOM CAN MOVE IT! Dad is rite, mom is freekishly strong and we don't think our stash is safe anywhere...

It would be nice if Bean would move sectional and get my mice out. They hide under there and I can't play with them. She get a few from under sofa and TeeVee stand when she hook up DVD player. I keep my treasures under the bed, she never look there.
Try under the washing machine or the refrigerator. Those are some of my favorite places.

Isn't that the worst when they find where you have been hiding all your precious booty! Then they just scoop it up na take it for themselves - robbers!
Oh goodie!! I think I can be a pirate now. I love to steal stuff and hide it. In fact last night I stole a tea bag from a mug and dropped it on the floor. I've hidden lots of unmentionables before. Try under the stove, they can't pull it out too easily!

Unner the fridge is the best place we found.I hid a reel live dead mousie unner there, and mum didn't find my treshurs until the mousie wuz smelling so bad, she had the kitchen upside down looking furr the smell.
