A while ago, Daddy found this picture and sent it to Mommy. It was taken years ago by Mommy of Midnight (the black kitty) and Merlyn (the grey kitty). Midnight has since gone to the Bridge and Merlyn has gotten much older (he lives with our Nana and Grandpa). Wasn't Midnight handsome with his laser eye beams? And Merlyn looks mighty adorable too. Mommy has been thinking a lot about all of her kitties, including the ones who came before, since she has been debating bringing LK home. We thought that you would like to see them too.

Thinking Back on Wednesday

What handsome kitties! Midnight did have great lazer eyes, ever so important for a black kitty to have. Sometimes when I sit just right I look like I am solid black and I think of myself as a sleek panther...reow...a panther on the prowl. OOPS I am into one of my little kitty fantasies! Then I turn and you can see all the white that runs from my chin all the way to my spot #13.
Oh we hope that there is room for little LK in your home. It's a big responsibility we know, but he has been through so much he is destined to have a very special forever home. (We suspect LK is a magic kitty)
Capt'n Jack I am so glad you are taking such good care of your Mom. I know you have special purring powers that will help her heal a lot more quickly.

I think it is wonderful to remember the ones who came before when you are thinking about adding to the family. Merlyn and Midnight look like great kitties. It is a hard decision to make about LK, but I am sure that the right one will reveal itself to you in time.

Midnight and Merlyn were gorgeous kitties :-) I think it would be wonderful if your Mommy and Daddy do decide to bring LK into your family. But it is a big decision to make. It's fortunate they have time to make that decision.
